Do You Need Help Navigating the Narcissist In Your Life?

I’m Here to Help.

Are you struggling with a narcissistic relationship? You are not alone. Unfortunately, millions of you are experiencing this. You will feel better, but you need the right guidance and tools to get there. My counselling expertise can help. It’s time to take back your life. My approach meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re still in the relationship, out but feeling stuck, or unsure what to do next. You don’t have to leave to start healing.

We Will Work On Things Like

  • Trusting yourself again – even after years of gaslighting and self-doubt
  • Understanding what healing really looks like – messy, nonlinear, and 100% possible
  • Setting boundaries without guilt, and unlearning the habit of making yourself small to stay safe
  • Making sense of the confusion – navigating grief, fatigue, and emotional burnout
  • Letting go of self-blame – helping you to understand “it’s not you”
  • Rebuilding a life that belongs to YOU, not one built around someone else’s needs or mood

My approach isn’t about a quick fix or advice. It’s about empowering you to come back to yourself.
